What is the difference between Managed Payroll and Client Payroll models?
In the Managed Payroll model, the professional is employed by 360 Degree Cloud throughout the engagement. You direct their work and integrate them into your team, but the employment contract, payroll administration, benefits, and HR obligations sit with us. This gives you the output of a full team member without expanding your permanent headcount or taking on the associated employment overhead. In the Client Payroll model, the professional transitions onto your organization's payroll, either at the point of deployment or after training completes. You take full organizational ownership of the resource as a direct employee. This suits organizations that want to build a permanent internal capability and prefer full control over the employment relationship from the outset.
How long does the training phase take before deployment?
Training duration depends on the role, required technical depth, and whether Salesforce certification is part of the program.
